At the first visit, you will consult with Dr. Shaffer to determine if you could benefit from chiropractic. Following the consultation, the doctor will complete an examination, take x-rays (if indicated), and begin treatment with an adjustment and therapeutic modalities (if indicated). Most patients are provided with instructions for a home exercise program to speed the healing process.
